We have a range of events coming up for you this Christmas at Grove Hill, beginning with our ever-popular wreath-making event, followed by family services and carol services and finally our Christmas Day service on the 25th.
Christmas Wreath Making

On Tuesday 9th December between 7.30pm and 9.30pm, we will be hosting a Christmas Craft Group where we will be showing you how to make your own Christmas Wreath.
You will need to bring: A wreath wring, your own greenery and flowers, secateurs/large scissors for cutting greenery, string, embellishments, and anything else you wish to add to your Christmas wreath.
We can provide: supplementary wreath rings, wires (to purchase), some additional greenery and embellishments.
Refreshments will be available.
Christmas Family Service
Our regular Sunday morning worship service On Sunday 14th December, our regular Sunday morning worship service will be a Christmas Family Service. Everyone is welcome! Our service starts at 11.00am, and there will be tea and coffee refreshments and mince pies afterwards.
Community Christmas Carols

Also on Sunday 14th December, starting at 4.30pm, we are hosting a community carol singing event. Come and enjoy traditional Christmas carols, warm refreshments, including mulled juice and hot chocolate, and gingerbread decorating. All ages welcome!
Carols by Candlelight

On Sunday 21st December at 4.30pm we will be hosting our annual traditional carol service inside the church. Our carol service will include a performance from our choir, a drama, and a short Christmas message. We will be serving Christmas refreshments, including mince pies, after the service.
Christmas Day Service
The big day! Our Christmas Day service starts at 10.30am (slightly earlier than our usual Sunday services!). This is what Christmas is about. Today we remember the birth of Jesus, our saviour, by gathering as a community to praise God for the gift he has given us.
